- The customer reserves the right to cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place from January 31, 2024. The deposit will be refunded on simple request by email to hello@temofrance.com
- TEMO reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment of the balance has not been made within 3 months following the announcement of the availability of the product.
- The model presented on the website or at trade fairs remains a prototype. The technical characteristics, visual aesthetics are likely to vary slightly at the time of the final marketing of the product. TEMO reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of failure to obtain the compulsory legal certifications necessary for marketing. Consequently, the deposit for the reservation will be returned.
