Remotely controlled by two buttons, the Rewind winch allows you to furl and hoist the sails under heavy load in complete safety without having to remove the line from the self-tailing mechanism – a patented feature. Like all electric Radial winches, the Rewind model features similar operation to standard Harken two-speed winches. A simple manipulation of the red button at the base of the winch is enough to activate the Rewind function. A spring-loaded stainless steel arm guides and holds the line when tacking and slapping. You control the trimming of the sail at your fingertips.
