The ultra-resistant Carbo T2™ pulley is made of composite materials. The first model without rivets or metal shackles, it is the lightest sheave-fixing pulley in the Harken range.

The T2 pulley comes in two versions. One uses a loop, the other a transfilage. On both models, the binding passes through the head and the sheave, reducing the stress on the cheeks and securing the system. Fixing by transfilage guarantees perfect alignment of the pulley, and therefore of the rope, in relation to the load, which limits friction.
The ball bearing races of the composite sheaves have a curved surface offering a minimal coefficient of friction. The cheeks are made from high strength fiber reinforced composite resin. Treated to resist UV, the ball bearings, sheaves and flanges have an exceptional lifespan.
T2 Loop (pictured)
Fastening without knots, splices or tools. Simply insert the loop into the head of the pulley, then pass it around the fixed point for a perfect hold. The T2 Loop pulley exists in 40 mm and 57 mm. It comes with a Dyneema SK75 loop. Replacement loops are also available.

The T2 pulley can be knotted or spliced ​​to almost any element. It can be used for trimming travellers, mainsail or downhaul sheets, making stepped tackles or goose legs, etc. It is available in 29, 40 and 57 mm and delivered with its string.
