40 mm Carbo block, single with swivel, Carbo-Cam® 423 stopper and becket.
Carbo AirBlocks® pulleys are 60% stronger and 30% lighter than our classic pulleys.
Carbo 40 mm can be used for making jib and mainsail sheet tackles on high-performance dinghies and for high-load trim lines on small keelboats.
The resin-Nylon composite cheeks are reinforced with long glass fibers allowing the realization of a
compact pulley with high strength to weight ratio.
The sheaves rotate on high strength ball bearings with adjusted raceways for minimal coefficient of friction.
Ball bearings, sheaves and cheeks are carbon black treated for superior UV resistance.
